Here are the answers to all of the questions you may have about the headstone flower anchor. If you have a question that isn’t answered here, please contact us.


Q: How much is shipping and how long does it take?

A: We ship orders via USPS within 2 business days and you will receive an email with tracking info as soon as it ships. There are 3 separate flat rates depending upon which service you choose. First Class Mail is a flat rate of $2.99 (takes 3-5 business days to deliver), Priority Mail is $7.99, (takes 2-3 business days to deliver), and Priority Mail Express which is $23.99 (takes 1-2 business days to deliver). **The USPS DOES NOT guarantee delivery dates, so neither do we.

We also ship to Canada for a flat rate of $15. Delivery times vary depending upon how long the package is held in customs. (It typically takes 2 weeks for delivery to Canada.)

Q: Do you offer discounts for purchasing multiple anchors?

A: Yes, we do. If you order 5 or more anchors a discount of 10% will be applied to your entire order. If you order 10 anchors or more, a discount of 20% will be applied to your entire order. There’s no discount code needed. The discounts will automatically be applied to your cart.

Q: Can I place my order over the phone?

Q: How big is the anchor?

A: The base of the anchor is 1.5″ square and 3/8″ thick. The length of the tether from the base to the clip is about 4″. The small size makes it easily hidden beneath the flowers.

Q: Can the anchor be removed from the stone?

A: Yes, it can. It typically requires a scraping tool to remove it. We recommend using a plastic scraper so it doesn’t damage the stone. Once removed, there will be some sticky residue left behind from the VHB tape. This residue can be wiped off using an alcohol swab.

It should be noted that once removed, the anchor will not re-stick. You will need to either replace the tape, or use a different adhesion product.

Q: Will the anchor eventually rust and leave stains on the headstone?

A: No. Every component of the device is made with rustproof metals. However, the materials used in the saddle part of the flower arrangement my eventually rust. You’ll need to check with your florist about that.

Q: Will the anchor adhere to any surface?

A: Yes, as long as the surface is clean and dry for installation. The anchor uses tape that is designed to adhesion to masonry, so it will work on almost any grave stone. Some extremely rough cut stones can be more difficult. In these cases, we recommend using 2 anchors (1 on each end of your arrangement) to ensure proper holding strength.

Q: Can the anchor be attached in sub-freezing temperatures?

A: Yes, it can. It’s far more important to have a clean, dry area to attach the anchor than warm temperatures.

Q: How high of a wind can the anchor take?

A: We use 3M’s VHB Tape on our anchors. VHB stands for “Very High Bond”. The tape has a peel adhesion of 22lbs/in. In other words, if adhered properly, you can’t remove it by hand. It requires a scraping tool to get it off. As far as how much wind it would take to blow the anchor off is concerned, if adhered properly, the headstone would blow over long before the anchor would blow off.

*Keep in mind that extreme winds can, and will, damage your flowers, even though the saddle will still be attached to the anchor.

Q: Does the anchor work for other styles of flower arrangements, such as wreaths?

A: Absolutely! As long as the arrangement has something sturdy to clip onto, you can secure a wreath, or any other style of arrangement to the stone.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you’re dissatisfied in any way, simply return the anchor to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing for retailers?

A: Yes, we do. The minimum purchase required for wholesale pricing is 15 anchors or more. The price is $5.00 each.
